Since 2018, District Musicians, Sophie and Nick, have been on a mission to bring shared music-making into healthcare settings for people living with dementia, as well as people who are receiving end-of-life care.

 

For us, being a musician really is a licence to make magic. We want to share that magic with as many people as possible!
